Top discharge slurry pumps designed to face the toughest pumping of sand, sludge and slurry. The impeller, suction wear plate and agitator are made of abrasive resistant high chrome iron. 4 pole motor allows lower motor speed and longer wear life on wear parts. High head "H" and high flow "L" models are available for specific requirements. High chrome iron volute casing and jet rings are available as options.

Slurry Pumps KZN
The KZN heavy-duty slurry pump range includes models from 3.7 to 37 kW, delivering heads of up to 35 m and capacities of up to 9.5 m³/min. Designed for pumping abrasive fluids containing solids up to 35 mm, all models feature a 3-phase 200–600 V power supply and are supplied with a standard 10-meter power cable.

Construction Material & Spare Parts
KZN slurry pumps are built with abrasion-resistant high chrome iron components, including the impeller and suction wear plate, ensuring long service life in abrasive slurry applications. A built-in agitator helps resuspend settled solids for efficient discharge.
The pump is equipped with double mechanical seals installed in a separate oil chamber, combined with Class H motor insulation for reliable operation under high thermal load. A hardened shaft sleeve protects against wear caused by abrasives and corrosion, while an additional lip seal prevents contaminants from reaching the mechanical seals.
Thermal overload protection safeguards the motor from overcurrent and overheating, and an enhanced cable entry sealing system ensures reliable waterproof performance.
