JS SV 4-pole vortex submersible pumps are built with heavy-duty, wear-resistant components to ensure reliable performance in wastewater, sewage, and solid-laden drainage applications. The design features a non-clog vortex impeller and wide volute casing to efficiently handle fibrous and problematic solids while minimizing wear and maintenance.
The construction includes double mechanical seals (0.25 kW and above) for enhanced leakage protection, Class F motor insulation for thermal durability, and a shaft sleeve to reduce wear caused by abrasives and corrosion. An additional lip seal system protects the seal chamber from impurities, while thermal overload protection safeguards the motor against overheating. The pumps also feature an enhanced cable entry sealing system.
